Brad Swanson is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in threat intelligence, incident response, and information security governance. As Chief Technology Officer of Process Consulting Firm, he drives the firm's security strategy, risk management initiatives, and technology roadmap, ensuring robust and scalable digital solutions for clients.

With a career spanning critical infrastructure, enterprise security, and compliance, Brad has held key leadership roles, including Deputy CISO and Principal Consultant at Critical Insight, where he developed vulnerability management, risk governance, and incident response programs for various organizations. His expertise includes conducting audit assessments (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST CSF, SOX 404, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS), running security awareness training, and leading incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Prior to his consulting work, Brad managed global security teams at Zendesk, building an in-house incident management system to meet audit requirements and enhance operational efficiency. He also led cybersecurity operations for a statewide insurance organization at Unity Health Insurance, rolling out enterprise security solutions and leading security awareness initiatives.

Brad holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, Security+, Network+, and Linux+, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt, reinforcing his expertise in both cybersecurity and process optimization. His leadership is defined by technical excellence, proactive risk management, and a passion for securing enterprise environments against evolving threats.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys off-road adventures in the desert, exploring ghost towns, mountain roads, and abandoned mining sites.
